A lump is commonly the number one breast cancer symptom, and the earlier it is discovered the greater the chances of beating this horrific disease. It is crucial that you perform daily self exams so you can detect whenever a lump is present, which it feels dissimilar than the tissue that circles it. A mammogram should be performed regularly for an early detection.

There are different indications to determine the presence of breast cancer such us; nipple discharge and inversion, alterations in breast size or shape, skin dimpling, among others. The presence of pain is not a tool to decide whether you have breast cancer or not. There are different beliefs regarding what raises or bring down female chances to develop breast cancer, such us, birth control, nursing, among others. There are also risks agents that can be evadable such us obesity but others that aren’t including age - the risk of getting breast cancer after 45 are greater - and family members (mother, sisters, etc.) who has suffered from the disease, unstable monthly period, and last but not least is not having birth children or having a baby after the 30 years old.
